Great turnout today! I want to thank everyone who came to court today! We made a real impression. The judge and St George News were both very aware of our numbers. Even though the developer was granted their request to intervene, nothing really changes. We still have the appeal to the September 1st zoning amendment. Our goal is the same as it always has been, to get this to a referendum and give the citizens a voice by getting it to a vote. This is still as obtainable as the day we started. We will be in front of Judge Barnes again. It was good for him to see all of us today. Thank you ALL again!
